It was a tough decision though, to make the right choice. After having a detailed comparison. we find out that everyone was offering the same material & inverters, the only now we have to look is for was more of a local installer & a good reputation. We noticed a good turnaround time of our sales guy, bill. He we prompt & his attention to details made us more comfortable to select rumos chem as our solar installer. I had few complaints with Tesla PWR3 unavailability & delays, but honestly these guys have nothing to do with that. I still can't imagine how quickly they manage to get one PW3 for my project & hats off to the project manager, Michael whose experience made it happen before year end. The system is active now & i have started seeing the results as expected. I had one outage, but the system managed to survive as I was explained before. Panels are producing really well. I am more than happy to recommend Rumoschem to other people who are considering going solar in my closest relation & neighborhood. Hats off guys. you really did a great job.

I recently had solar panels installed by rumoschem on my home in Fortworth texas, and overall, it was a pretty smooth experience. The sales rep was helpful and walked me through all the details, though it did take a little back-and-forth to get the final quote right. Installation was quick took about a day and the crew was professional. They cleaned up afterward, which I appreciated. It's been about a month now, and I’ve noticed a decent drop in my electricity bill, especially with the summer heat here. The system seems to be working fine, and I can track it through the app they set up. I did have a few follow-up questions, and their customer service was responsive, though it sometimes took a day or two to get a reply. All in all, I’m happy with the installation and the savings so far. No major issues, but like anything, a little more communication would have been helpful at times. Would recommend to anyone in Texas considering solar.

Rumos Chem people have been very professional from beginning to the end. The project manager has been very patient in explaining every step of the system setup process. Payments are collected in different phases which made it comfortable to handle payments. It takes time to learn the monitoring system but he has been very patient all the time.
