This company is not following their own contract. I have a contract with a loan maturation date if the minimum payment was made. I reviewed my account and saw that after 6 months in my account was applying 0% to the principal . This is the payment the company selected, not me. It was not reduced in any way. When I called, the overseas call center kept repeating to me the definition of interest. I explained over and over that I knew how interest worked and that a company cannot apply nothing to a principal against the terms of their own contract. I will be obtaining a new loan with a valid company and have hired counsel due to predatory lending practices.

Run from they they're coming to robbing you.

Don't do business with mosaic they are scams worst experience ever i truly regret to take this thing i pay over 400 a month with that trash and duke energy they lock my panel solar for 10 months and they took my money every single month they acted like a gangster run away from them they are trash when they came to your house do not accept they are here to robbing you.

Fraudulent Practices

This lender already started billing me even though my solar has been non operational for 6 months. The lender told me verbally they wouldn’t bill till the system was operating. The system was wrongfully installed and the contractor has been lacking to fix it. The company begin billing me and I am now not able to take full advantage of my tax credit.

Absolute garbage of a company

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOSAIC IN ANY WAY!! Had a solar loan through them that we were assured multiple times was transferrable if we sold the house. Three years later, we're getting ready to sell and move, we call and confirm we can still transfer the loan as long as the buyer is approved. A few months later, we're under contract and the buyer has agreed to assume the loan. We contact Mosaic to start the process, as they instructed, and we told that they had "recently" changed their rules and no longer are allowing the transfer of loans......less than 10 days from closing the sell of the house. According to their legal rep, "On page 21 of the contract, (buried in a paragraph), they reserve the right to change the conditions of transferring the loan at any time". Had no choice, had to cover the remaining cost of the loan at closing, leaving us with less than half what we were projected to make for our next house. I can understand changing business needs, but as a company, there should be a grandfather clause for customers who've already established the loan under the pretense that it could be transferred. We learned an expensive lesson...NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MOSAIC. I would leave less than 1 star if I could.

Avoid the aggravation

I work as a utility contractor and thought to get panels installed on my home. It has been a nightmare from the get. No one communicates with anyone else, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. They keep harassing me about being turned on, but they don't communicate with the installer at all, and in spite of me AND the installer telling them I am not generating, they are still billing me. I will be sending the emails, dated 10 minutes apart, harassing me for status and the billing ignoring my generation status to the Better Business Bureau and contacting a lawyer to explore my legal options.

I would leave no stars

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been 17 months of nothing but problems. Avoid any solar company that uses this company for the loan. It is a horrible company and a horrible loan. Some fault is on my for not checking into the company more but there have been so many problems it would take forever to list. Currently we paid off the loan by getting HELOC loan just to get away from them. We paid them off but still trying to charge us $2330. They like to put you on hold an pretend to talk to supervisors then come back and say "email' us. I requested a breakdown of the loan for the past 17 months and they were not able to do that. It is not in your client portal. Just avoid trust all the negative reviews. 0 Stars!
